Altitude: 1,000–1,500m
- Sourced from high-altitude Arabica and Robusta plantations in the Western Ghats and uniquely
processed along the Malabar Coast, where monsoon winds transform the beans over 12–16 weeks in
open-air curing houses.
- The “monsooning” process—recognized with Geographical Indication (GI) status—exposes beans
to seasonal humidity, mellowing their acidity, increasing volume, and imparting earthy, woody, and nutty
notes.
- Available in Monsooned Arabica AAA, AA, A and Monsooned Robusta AA grades, all in green
(unroasted) form—each batch naturally cured and aged under monitored humidity for maximum flavor
development.
- Heavy-bodied, smooth, and low-acid—ideal for espresso bases and bold blends; globally recognized as
one of India’s most iconic specialty coffees.
